Free gift & product delivery on qualifying orders of £20.00 or more.

£2.49 standard gift and product delivery, below the free-delivery threshold.

Cards sent separately use their own postage, based on the service, number of cards and packaging chosen before payment. A card sent with a gift uses that gift’s delivery price. Your basket and checkout show the final total.

Making your order

Each product page shows its usual making time. Checkout shows an estimated ready date for your order, followed by an estimated postal delivery range. An order with several items uses the longest making time.

If your item needs a proof, Abi starts making it after you approve it. Changes or delayed approval can move the estimate. For an important date, ask Abi before ordering.

UK postal delivery

We deliver to UK addresses accepted by checkout. For gifts and other products, allow 2–4 working days after your order is ready, in addition to the making time. These are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Cards sent separately follow the postage service and planned dispatch date chosen in the card editor. The planned dispatch date is when we post the card, rather than its arrival date.

Local collection or delivery

Local collection or delivery arranged with Abi SS8/SS7. This option has no delivery charge when offered at checkout. Arrange the location and time with Abi before travelling. Separately posted cards use UK postage.
